Quality Head Required From Solar Industry - Hands-on experience in leading the Team for successful implementation of IMS (ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001) for
entire plant and NABL (ISO 17025) for Quality Lab.,Ensuring the implementation of IMS (ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001) across Plant & its documentation and conducting internal
audits and MRM as per defined frequency.Driving improvement projects in plant like Kaizens, Digital projects and ESG in coordination with their leads.Using tools like Process FMEA, PDCA and DOE for establishing new process and identifying potential failures, their causes and
then identifying their controls.leading the Team for successful implementation of IMS (ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001) for
entire plant and NABL (ISO 17025) for Quality Lab.establishing Integrated Management system, Long-Term & short term Quality goals & action plans to
ensure the Process controls and Quality Assurance.
 Heading the Quality function for Jaipur plant and ensuring incoming, in-process and outgoing inspections.
 Strengthening all the Quality gates by controls through inspections, process and system audits of all the functions.
 Using Quality control tools like Pareto Analysis, Checksheet, Fish Bone diagram to identify root causes and Corrective actions
to reduce in-process rejections/rework.
