Job openings for Cnc Machine Operator in Jaipur

We are hiring skilled CNC Operators to handle advanced stone CNC machines,
including CNC Bridge Saws for multi-dimensional cutting, 4-axis CNC carving
machines, and CNC lathe turning machines for columns and balusters. The role
requires strong hands-on operating skills, high attention to accuracy and finish quality,
and proven expertise in stone clamping and workpiece holding methods
Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation
€¢ Operate CNC Bridge Saws for slab cutting, straight cuts, miters, and angle cuts
€¢ Operate CNC 4-axis carving machines for cut-outs, drainboards, recesses,
engravings, and decorative work
€¢ Operate CNC lathe turning machines for columns, balusters, pillar components,
and cylindrical stone products
€¢ Load and execute approved CNC programs as per production requirements
€¢ Monitor machining cycles to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality
Clamping & Workpiece Holding
Quality & Accuracy
€¢ Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD layouts, and job instructions
€¢ Check dimensions, squareness, profiles, and surface finish during and after
machining
€¢ Make minor offset or parameter adjustments to maintain quality
€¢ Identify defects, tool wear, or abnormal cutting behavior early
Coordination & Support
€¢ Work closely with CNC programmers, polishing teams, and supervisors
€¢ Coordinate with Automation & Electrical Engineers during breakdowns or alarms
€¢ Assist in machine setup, trials, and process improvements
